The Shareholders of the Information Technology Consultants Limited (ITC) approved 10% Stock (Bonus) dividend for the year 2017-18. The approval came from the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on December 06, Thursday at the Raowa Convention Hall, Mohakhali, Dhaka.

Mr. Lim Kiah Meng, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting. Mr. Salahuddin Alamgir, Vice Chairman, Dr. Kazi Saifuddin Munir, Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Md. Waliuzzaman FCA, Independent Director, Mr. Md. Haqueful Shaikh, Independent Director, Other Directors, Mr. Shyamal Kanti Karmakar, CFO and Mr. Anindya Sarkar ACS, Company Secretary were present in the meeting.
