On 20th September 2008, ITC PLC acquired Bangladesh Electronic Payment Systems Ltd (BEPS), to become the single largest Electronic Transaction processing house in Bangladesh. This was done to completely break the business monopoly for foreign banks in this field. It is the largest Consortium of Banks, stretching across 35+ Banks with approximately 6000+ Bank branches. Branch wise coverage of Q-cash Member Banks is almost 80%+ of the entire market arena. Q-cash also operates with a rapidly rising number of ATM terminals strategically located across the country and wide spread of POS terminals at various Merchant locations and Bank branches through Q-Cash Network to serve the Card transactions of our clients customers.

Q-Cash started its operation with proprietary Smart Cards, now extends to various International Brands and Proprietary labeled Credit, Debit, Pre-paid, Remittance cards with MagStripe & chip based EMV and NFC Cards.
