The Shareholders of the Information Technology Consultants Limited (ITC) approved 7% Stock (Bonus) & 5% Cash dividend for the year 2018-19. The approval came from the 19 th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on December 05, Thursday at the Raowa Convention Hall, Mohakhali, Dhaka.

Mr. Lim Kiah Meng, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting. Dr. Kazi Saifuddin Munir, Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Md. Waliuzzaman FCA, Independent Director, Mr. Md. Haqueful Shaikh, Independent Director, Mr. Osman Haidar, Director-Business, Other Directors, Mr. Shyamal Kanti Karmakar, CFO and Mr. Anindya Sarkar ACS, Company Secretary were present in the meeting.
